More laid back and not as structured as I planned on it being. So there was no reason to be nervous. For my hearing it was just in front of a court reporter and attorney from both sides since we was already in agreement and ready to settle.

Attorneys don't communicate well with clients. Frustrating sitting and waiting for news of not only your survival, but whether you shall be afforded the opportunity to receive treatment and be a contributing member of society.

Wasn't all that bad...except for Dan Davis that quit on me in the middle of my case and didn't really do any work for my case...they didn't have a copy the disposition taken in their office and none of the receipts I took them....
oh and the ins attorney for my companys attorney pretty much kicked my butt on getting ANY proper medical treatment and making me quit my job.
...for 100 bucks. ?

Thecompany CLP - now named PEOPLE READY owned by TRUEBLUE Corp., Aren't very true about anything except making LOTS of money off other people's sweat...and when they get hurt pretty much throw you to the curb towards their insurance attorney..
Angelica Ortiz@ Connie Wolfe Law who did her work with a cold hearted style and didn't care I was hurt and went back to the 1980's for injuries from car wrecks and other types of injuries and used them as pre-existing injuries even though I was physically able to do any work until basically all I did was work hard and one day hurt my back building solar sites and was made to life roll tubes that weigh like 365lbs to install the 2 piece plastic bearing insides on to the bearing bottems - which is an OSHA weight violation.....and Dan Davis burned me from the medical treatment and settlement because he didn't do any work on my case.... NONE
Dan even told me he was personally going to handle my case yet never met with me and then decided to play golf on a day I went to court and sent in an associate instead that didn't even read the report I got ON MY OWN from a neurosurgeon....
VERY POOR BUSINESS ETHICS
I was CHEATED FROM any medical treatment I needed and settlement I deserved...instead I got thrown away from my job like trash. ?
now making it very difficult to get another job with untreated spinal injuries and I'm stuck on pain management from a really good orthropedic doctor Paul Maitino
Dan Davis law sucked overal with how they mishandled my case and DID NOT do their job for me and make it where I have to live in pain the rest of my life
