I am surprised this office has so many positive reviews. For a drs dedicated to workers comp, they do not seem to understand the processes. Delayed my recovery/ability to access PT over a MONTH for failure to send pprwrk to the workers comp board. Called multiple times a week, every time front desk said they would leave a note/look into it with no change. Incredibly frustrating.

The front desk is horrible. They forget to make appointments for mri or follow ups. I call and get constantly hung up on. Recently it happened 3 times in a row before I could make one appointment. My doctor told me to come in if I'm in pain after my surgery and the front desk literally makes that impossible. I just wanted an appointment with any of the doctors, and they forced me into with a doctor thats rarely there and for a random time(had to call back just to get the time becausethey hung up before telling me). They didn't care if i was available. I had to wait almost a month for paperwork I was supposed to get back in week, but they kept pushing it back. You definitely need a lawyer to deal this this place. The doctors are great once you get past the front desk.

Very nice staff! The people who work the front desk are very helpful even when it gets super busy? The physical therapists are knowledgeable and the area is nice and clean, cleaning equipment constantly. All staff and patients wear ? masks. The doctors are there to help you and listen to your questions!

A majority of the staff are super caring and attentive with the exception of Dr. Mohammed. On my first time speaking with him face to face he spoke over and down to me refused to allow me to speak on my case and just dismissed me. Last i checked doctors were supposed to at the very least listen to their clients but he must have missed that part. I recommend this place as long as you dont have to see him.

My experience at Park Ave Trauma has been great. The Doctors and their assistants are really thorough in their examinations and follow up visits. It can get really busy for the staff at times and yet when it's my turn to be seen I feel like I'm the only one there and not feeling rushed.

The ladies at the front desk appear to have many many responsibilities, not just checking patients in, out and pulling files and yet remain pleasant with a good and sometimes funny sense of humor which, to me, can be hard to maintain with the public when being pulled in many directions. 🙂 Kudos to the ladies at the front desk!

The physical therapy team is really great too! the PT team can also get very busy and yet they don't make their patients feel rushed and remain pleasant. They've been very attentive and focused whenever they've worked on me. Thank you PT team!

So why 41/2 stars and not 5..... :/ there was an acupuncturist at the facility and she was also very effective and now no longer there. I'm hoping the acupuncturist returns : )) or they hire another just as effective.

My father has been going to Park Ave Trauma for 9 years and he absolutely loves the service. The Doctors and receptionists are so caring and will do anything to make you feel comfortable. The Doctors are very responsive and the staff always treats him well. He would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs physical therapy. The place has been very helpful in my fathers recovery since his accident. The environment and other patients make the place very friendly and humorous. Thank you so much for the great care!
