What a valiant experience! Dave Bloom went out of his way to help me out when changing over from Fuji to Sony. Even on the busy Roadshow day he spent a bunch of time cataloging what I was part exchanging, and was patient with me when I couldn’t make my mind up on lenses. He even reminded me of the roadshow discount on top of the normal discount for this month on Sony (he came to find me while I was looking around the store to tell me!).
The day before I’d spoken to Reese (Reece?) on the phone and again, he was super helpful.
I’m super happy with my change to Sony, and I’m super happy with great service from those I dealt with at Wex. Definitely recommended.

I had some trepidation when I entered Wex Photo shop to buy a camera for my husband’s birthday. I had absolutely no need to be worried, as I was guided by the fabulous Nicola Payne. Nicola’s really friendly, welcoming, professional approach put me at ease straight away. She really listened to my request, asked me appropriate questions to enable me to come to the right decision as to which camera I should buy for my husband. It was just such a lovely experience and so reassuring that if my husband didn’t like that camera he could choose to change in within a certain time frame and that should he wish to have some training on how to use the camera, he could just simply return to the shop for that support. My husband has since had his birthday present and he could not be happier with it. I cannot recommend Nicola more highly and the ethos of the company is fantastic. I am telling all of my friends that Wex photo/ video is a must for photography/ video equipment.

Today was my first visit to a Wex store. I have been on the website before but never purchased anything until today. Was greeted in store by Chris. Super helpful guy and very knowledgeable. I had some equipment to trade in and he explained the process clearly and answered all the questions I had. While in store I purchased a brand new camera body and he also explained the hiring service they provide which will come in handy in the future. Before I left he also reminded me of the Sony cash back scheme so I can save some more money. Thanks so much Chris for your super swift and helpful service. Highly recommend this store.

Phil was of a great help in choosing the first camera for my husband. He explained us that the options we originally selected were not the best for what we want to do and suggested a few alternatives within the price range. He explained all the nuances of each option and consulted us about different lenses available. Phil also offered us different options how to proceed - we could order online, reserve or buy it in the shop. We ended up reserving one of the cameras he suggested and after a few days of deliberation we gave him a call and the camera was delivered to us for free the next day. So far the camera has been performing well and my husband has been enjoying his new hobby.

I visited your store today, having tried to decide which new camera would suit me best for almost a year! I spoke with Nicola Payne, Assistant Showroom Manager, who talked me through what I needed and why. She explained some differences in models and I was able to eliminate some models and narrow it down. Then she looked at the availability of used models in store and I was able to put together a package of camera, suitable lenses and memory card - all within my budget.
