Incredible swift service! I went in today to upgrade my gear and Jake was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Big thanks to Jake and Adele for helping me with the trade in process too including useful tips. Highly recommend to anyone who is after new gear, this is the place. Amazing and helpful staff. Both Harjeev and Damian were very helpful during my visit today. Unfortunately my camera was in a very bad state but defo will visit again soon and get the new cameras they have suggested from here. Didn’t know they have great variety of film rolls here as well. Will be regular here from now on.

*Updates* As promised. Made my trip to the store again and Marcin is absolutely a gem. Had a long chat to find out which camera I needed and finally got the Fujifilm X-T5 today and it works beautifully. Thanks again for the support!

After deciding to trade in my Leica Q2 for a Leica Q3, I drove to Birmingham from Northampton to pick up my new camera. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Scott, who, although was busy, still had time to say hello and to let me know he’d be with me shortly.
I explained why I was there, and Scott soon sorted it all out. The whole process took about 15 minutes. A lot shorter than I had anticipated.
Scott was friendly, courteous and you can tell he had a real passion for cameras. I left the shop eager to get home and try out my new toy!
Scott called 24hrs later to let me know my trade in had gone through and money would be in my account shortly. Again, friendly and professional at all times.
Was it worth the 1.5hrs drive? Oh yes!! I love my new camera and haven’t put it down since I bought it. Would I drive there again if I had to? Too right I would!
Scott is a credit to the Wex brand, and I look forward to dealing with him again in the future.
