I don't normally write bad reviews but I had such a frustrating, unfortunate experience with Victory Camera that will lead me to never go there again. So I have to share. I dropped off 4 rolls of 35mm film (3 color, 1 negative) back in July 2024. They tried having me enter in my information for each roll into the computer. I did this 3 times, but the computer still wasn't working. The woman working told me it was fine and she would take them by hand. I was told it would take 3-4 weeks for colors and a little longer for negatives. After 6 weeks, I had received my digital downloads for my colors, but not my B&W. So I called to inquire about an updated timeframe. The person I spoke to had no clue, and they seemed surprised my B&W roll wasn't ready yet. Two months go by and still no answer. Nobody ever reached out to me. I had to keep calling once a week to figure out what was going on. The person who answered would put me on hold, seemingly to call the lab, and every time they'd come back and say "The lab isn't answering." And because the lab is the one that processes the film, Victory Camera said they couldn't give me answers as to whether the film was lost or still being processed. This was such a frustrating process. It wasn't the fact that they had lost the film, but that they wouldn't take any accountability for it, did not apologize, and seemingly didn't care. They never seemed to want to help me. Even when I asked them to follow up with me they never did. I always had to call them and ask and they never gave me any answers. Finally, after 2.5 months, I received a very casual 2 sentence email, with no signature, saying that they couldn't find the B&Ws but they could offer me free scans for my next drop off. I don't want free scans, I obviously only want my photos back. And I have zero trust that one day they might find my photos and return them because unfortunately there was just a total lack of care and empathy in this entire process. Really disappointing.

Fantastic Store! Perfect for Film lovers. They have a great selection of well working cameras in pristine condition (tested as well).

They also have a back section that is more of a “Bargain Center” containing cameras, lenses, and more that may or may not work. But everything in there is so cheap! Worth the gamble.

I stopped in twice, once to get a roll of 120mm and another to grab a Shutter Cable (which was priced far better than anywhere else). The staff was amazing. I wish I had a victory camera near me!

They do NOT print disposable camera photos here. The employee did not make it clear that you will ONLY receive a link to digitally download your photos and eventually you can get your negatives back after about a month. This makes no sense since the entire point of a disposable camera is to have a hard copy of the pictures, not a digital one. They then recommend that you go to Shutterfly and pay to print them off yourself after you already paid them $25 for apparently just a link and negatives.

What a gem ?
This is such a great camera store. I’m so glad we stopped by for batteries and shutter wires. Great prices and incredible friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend going there

Local knowledge saved my trip!
Went in for film and ended up with a new lens as well as film. I was trying to revive an old camera i didn’t quiet know how to use and the staff had all the answers! Very friendly!

Such a great experience! I ordered a camera with delivery, thinking it was coming from the Boulder location. They emailed me right away asking if I’d like to pickup since my address was so close to their store, and refunded my shipping costs! The camera itself is beautiful and in great condition. Thank you!
