I came here with no appointment a couple of

weeks ago looking to buy a used digital camera. I was immediately hesitant because it’s not technically a store front, but the staff were so nice. There was one person whose name alludes me at the moment, but she had red hair. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She brought out multiple cameras for me to try and provided an overall positive experience!!

US Camera Pro is more than just a great place to get gear--they are honest and trustworthy. Let me tell you my story:

I bought a 5d iv from them with a 30 day warranty. I got a great camera at a good price with a low shutter count and I love it. But here's why you can trust US Camera Pro: a few days outside the warranty the top dial assembly stopped working. I sent it to Canon for repairs. I realized fully US Camera Pro had no obligation to help me out, but I let them know what was going on and asked if they'd split the repair cost with me. Because they are decent people with integrity, they did. No hassle. The camera arrived as advertised--they had no way of knowing the top dial would fail. But, when it did fail, they didn't give me grief just because it was a couple of days over their warranty. They stood by their product even when they didn't have to. That's integrity.

You can get gear all over the internet, but where can you get gear from someone who's trustworthy and truly stands behind what they sell?

By the way, as part of the repair Canon always does a full cleaning and a shutter count. I noticed when I got the camera back the shutter count matches what US Camera Pro advertised. They are just good honest people. They sell good gear at a fair price. And, best of all, if something goes sideways, they have your back.

In the future when I need new gear, I am going to them first.

These guys are AWESOME. Just love my new (used) Nikon Lens, the discription on-line was accurate and I got the exact product in the exact condition that I expected. It works great and I LOVE IT!
