This was one of the best camera store experiences I have ever had! I finally found a store that didn’t feel like a used car lot. Alex Lee was very thorough in teaching me and making me re-fall in love with photography. He was so friendly and genuinely cared about me and the cameras. I can’t wait to come back and see him for future purchases!

I had a very disappointing experience with Unique Photo, specifically with their rental department. The staff was incredibly unhelpful and lacked any real knowledge about the equipment they were renting out. They were unable to answer basic questions and seemed completely uninterested in assisting me. On top of that, their customer service was abysmal. I was treated rudely and felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. It's clear they don't prioritize professionalism, and I won't be returning for any future rentals.i have been trying to contact the rental manager for four days and he is unreachable.

I have never had a bad experience here, if anything I’ve had to wait for film scans, but as anyone who shoots film knows that developing is a process and scanning is even longer (and if it’s really a problem scan your own).

Equipment especially for film is typically old as film unfortunately is not widely widely used. Staff is doing the best they can with many things commonly and frequently being on back order. I am so thankful that the staff is doing the best they can to accommodate.
I recommend unique again and again to anyone who loves film (the staff in the lab loves photography and it’s so obvious)

I was waiting buy the light section for 20 minutes the staff here is really unhelpful nobody came over to ask if I needed help new staff members immediately all I wanted to do is buy a light

Usually have a great experience here with a very friendly & helpful staff. However, would recommend doing scans elsewhere (specifically b&w) …if you care about your film, get it developed elsewhere or make sure to get backups of the negatives. Just had a roll ruined due to lab error

if you are regular customer you may notice heavy rotation in their staff. Some are clueless and don't know too much or make promises(came with own memory card and tried to do test shots to check at home only to be informed that I have wrong card and can damage the camera because it is not fat enough .. roll eyes). if any detailed info recommend to talk brand reps during their expo. Not long ago stopped by one hour before closing to get three high res scans done. I was told most like it will be ready next day. Called following day and was told" we had many walk-ins and did not get it done yet". Well it took them three days after calling everyday. Most recent experience should be warning for everybody who thinks about buying used cameras from them, they don't provide shutter count and rate cameras on appearance ONLY. A camera I was interested in was claimed to have around 10k(I asked for paper stating this but was told something like manager checked it but did not print it, clearly sales person wanted commission on the sale) but after checking it myself found it to be nearly 240k. They even asked how how did it, seriously? an amateur knows more than professionals in the store. look elsewhere to buy preowned cameras.
