The young boss, 郑明光, is very friendly and helpful. He is not pushy, and when we traded in a lens at a fair price, he helped us clean another lens as well. We will definitely visit here again if we need other services.

Brought my dinosaur EOS 700D that I dug out of a box, dusty and unused for years here to check whether it was functional and all that.

The staff were very friendly and honest, telling me after a check that I only needed to get it cleaned, but everything else seems to be in order. Also helped me to check the battery as I told them I couldn't find the charger already.

Left my camera with them and they helped me to clean the lens and sensor at a reasonable price and it's working perfect now. Looks nothing like the dusty mess I left it in! 100% recommend, this shop is really helpful and honest.

I bought a new film camera here and they offer 1-month warrantee! All the staff here are very nice, they are so patient and teach you how to use the film camera step by step. The time that I went there was already 19:30 and they were about to close. However, the old man in the store is super nice, he waited for me and patiently explain knowledge of the lenses! Also, he fixed the problem of my old film camera (I went to several places before and no one knew what was the problem). Super super nice experience and highly recommended!!!!

One of the Sale guy from this shop is very shrewd. Inspect the camera body with full assessories to sell off. He Ask boss give a quote. Give lots of reasons. When issuing the receipt he try to smoke me by reducing 100 bucks lesser than what is quoted. Since I am in a rush to sell, just proceed with the body sale. Sales transected at 5 pm-is without giving me a receipt.

I have dealt with The Camera Workshop (TCW) since my Nikon F2 until today, when I got the Sony A7CR from them. This effectively tells how long my relationship with TCW has been.

When my Canon 16-35mm f/4L malfunctioned the boss of TCW agreed to fix it free-of-charge, even though it was a day over their 1 month guarantee. It came back good as new with a brand new IS assembly which doesn't come cheap. Probably the best aftersales support you'll ever get from a used camera store!

Really friendly staff uncle, didn't manage to get his name but appears to be in his 30s. I mentioned that I had two vintage camera that I got from my uncle that has been sitting on the shelves, he checked both camera in detail. First camera he checked and realize it might not need fixing, so he asked me to try shooting it with a roll of film first before deciding whether I should spend the money on repair. second cam he gave a slight discount for the overall repair as he knew that the cam had sentimental values to me. Overall a really pleasant and great attitude towards his customers and I've no idea why some people mentioned that their service sucks. Fully reccomend anyone to take a look here!
