I passed by Camera Exchange while running errands and swung back around to pick up some film. I'm a fairly newer to film and have been enjoying trying out different film stocks in the past few months. Bradley was awesome in helping me pick out a film stock and showed me an ISO 200 film (per my request) that he hadn't shot but had been curious about. In 10+ years of operations and management, I have never been met with such incompetence from a staff or company. I have been trying to track down a simple receipt for 3 weeks and for some reason the manager cannot be bothered to complete a 3 minute task because he has more "important things" to do, according to his staff. I have tried to speak with them on the phone several times to be bounced around amongst the staff, never able to reach management because apparently my business isn't important enough to them. I was told specifically by a staffer after the first week of waiting to hear back that i "need to relax, and they had more important things like repairs to focus on. They will get me my receipt when they have the time."

Well camera exchange, you have lost a customer forever and I will never refer business your way. It is absolutely ridiculous for you to not have followed through with sending a simple email. This is the most basic of requests and every manager has dedicated office time in their schedule to achieve such tasks.
