Pictures came out great but communication is not very good. Also was told something over the phone, but words were not kept :/ said something was going to happen, but didn’t happen and when asked about it I got no response EDIT - you shouldn’t say something then not do it. I never wanted anything for free. I was told I would get something for free. I sent a email asking about it nicely and got ignored which is why I left the review. I’m glad everyone else is happy but I’m not. it’s unprofessional. Also unprofessional that I have to keep calling and be told “ call you back in a few mins “ then nothing. As long as everyone else is happy though? I also said the pictures turned out great but customer service is definitely not. There was no “ special “ either. I bought the pictures for the exact price they were.

Avoid these people like the plague. They will say anything to get your payment information and not deliver. They are scam artist as you can tell by all their pathetic excuses in the review section. Don't waste your time for an overpriced product and horrible customer service.

Photos were beautiful. I was nervous since it’s very difficult for my daughter to cooperate sometimes. However, it was a great experience and our photos came out wonderful!

If I could rate this ZERO stars, I would. The photography itself wasn't the issue, but the "customer service" and the unprofessionalism makes me never want to buy from this company again.

Just did a photoshoot for my 6 month old. James is very friendly and helpful. My baby loved working with Tanya! Baby girl was laughing and smiling the whole shoot, you would never know that she skipped nap time. We were able to do a large variety of poses with different props and backgrounds. The pictures came out beautiful!

Amazing experience! Hannah the photographer not only is so professional and creative, but she is also VERY kind! She empowers her client making you completely comfortable during the photo shoot. I did not have much experience yet she helped me naturally move into poses, she laid out the best backgrounds and props, and she gave me confidence that reflected in my photos. She asked me before the shoot what did I have in mind, and after the shoot she asked if there was anything I wanted to try that we may have missed. She took the time to make sure all my desires for the shoot were met. She is truly wonderful!

James was also awesome, he is so polite and he helped me carry my wardrobe in from my car and ensured my privacy during the shoot. When I had to reschedule he made it so simple, and convenient. Charmaine was also very kind, she made me feel so confident in my photos and took the time to express her excitement for the big reveal! This company's location goes above and beyond for it's customers and I highly recommend their services!
