Just drove 1.5 hours one way with kids and this place is closed during there business hours. I’ve tried calling and emailing them and get no answer! All I want to do now is cancel services!

Update: When I had originally tried reaching out to your company last month, I was trying see if I could mail you the key, so I could close the account and not have to make the drive. Which I would have had plenty of time to mail to your company before another payment was due. But with a lack of response I saw no other option than to make the 3 hour drive. However, your website and google both show that you are open 9am to 7pm (last month it showed it opened at 8:30am). No one was there at 9am or until after 9:23am I know because I sat there waiting. I had reach out via email 2xs in May with no response and have the proof. I called back close to 10am yesterday and someone was finally there in the store to answer the phone. I even asked what time your store opens up (apparently it isn’t 9am like your website and google shows) and asked him if he knew that online shows 9am. I didn’t receive any communication from your company until after I came back yesterday and closed the account, which of course is right after you collected another month’s payment. So, please don’t pretend like this is all made up.

Wow this is my new favorite spot, I love the theme of this place. The staff was really friendly. I went in for a notary and was pleasantly surprised with everything else this place has to offer. The mailbox subscription was the cherry on top because I’m tired of people stealing my stuff?
