Amazing company ! Customer service from the owner and installer top notch! Called spoke with the owner Wednesday in the afternoon he came straight to me after he finished up where he was at, looked at my space and gave me his recommendation and showed me some sample videos. He said he could do my install THAT Friday -(2 days after estimate!) They are Very knowledgeable with the system and answered all my questions. The owner Edwin did not push to sell me more than what I needed he was very honest even when I asked about doing more he said it was not necessary and was not there to over sell me things I really did not need. The installers were very professional and did a great job! Highly recommend using this company for your security camera needs ! Thank you for awesome, fast, honest, efficient customer service and installation !! 5 stars all day !

I had Securitech1 install cameras and a video doorbell on my home and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the products they installed. Crystal clear images of my property. They were very fairly priced and the service I received was outstanding. From the installer who was on time, thorough in every aspect of the install and extremely clean which is very important while in my house. He explained everything he did and didn’t hesitate when I interrupted him to ask a question.

UPDATE: stay away from this company. Problems with cameras Functioning properly and the app hasnt worked the way it is supposed to for over a year. They have had to replace several non functioning cameras when they did return calls. Now they dont. Cant view some of the cameras and constantly going offline. Tried numerous times sending emails and calls but nothing is returned anymore. Im going to replace this crap with better equipment and use a more reputable and reliable company. This guy is probably going out of business and hopefully so. Not the same company i hired originally. Cant depend on them to stand behind their product.

I had an outstanding experience with Securitech1. I had a very short timeline to have estimates and installation for security cameras in 2 small business locations. Edwin was very responsive, and made a next day appointment for a site visit to provide a detailed estimate for both locations. The techs that installed the equipment were professional and friendly. Michelle, the office manager, was also an absolute pleasure to work with. I truly appreciate the level of customer service and quality work. I would highly recommend them for any job!
