A few years ago, Peter set up our surveillance system with multiple cameras and DVR. He has been great to work with. I consulted with him when I needed to upgrade the router mesh system. He helped with the placement of the hardware and help configure the router web interface. His system has captured on video a car theft, several property trespassers and property vandalism. DVR video clips were easy to edit, copy and forward to the proper authorities. Peter has always been very responsive. He has help me troubleshoot the system when cameras go offline. Most recently I texted Peter one evening when I lost remote mobile phone access to the surveillance system. He responded immediately to troubleshoot and help me reset the system. I was back online within the hour. I would highly recommend Peter and Seattle DVY without hesitation.

We've worked with Seattle DVR on several projects now. Peter takes the time to make sure the right equipment is recommended for each project. They've always had the materials we've needed in stock, have even hand delivered items on a moments notice, offer great communication, and are truly experts in this field.

When you want to make sure your property is monitored properly, you can't take short cuts. A kit from Costco won't cut it. Ask Peter about 4K cameras, you'll never squint to identify a trespasser again.

I've been in i502 going on 6 years now, and I originally had some pretty bad cameras. I got the system really cheap and some would lose power at night, the latency was terrible, the picture was distorted and the dvr graphical user interface was the worst.

I had to upgrade and a quick google search came back with a few in the area. I needed the equipment ASAP and no one in the area could help me or were "booked for weeks"... I called Peter at Seattle DVR and he knew exactly what i was looking for!

I called him on a Thursday afternoon and he met me the next morning an hour before their official opening time. The complete system was CHEAPER than my original cameras and set up took 2 days while the other system took 2 weeks.

I had them up and online while Peter texted me the instructions on port forwarding for my specific router and passed inspection with flying colors! the system records crystal clear as far as you can see, and the image is outstanding.

10/10 customer service, price and hardware quality. I couldn't be happier and would recommend them to anyone I know in i502.

SeattleDVR responded to our inquiry same day I called. Peter virtually walked around our property to see best camera placements to get all the angle we are having problem with. He emailed us a top and elevation view to where the cameras will be located for us to visualize before committing for purchase. One thing that impressed us is when he said, "if you ever decided to buy an off the shelf online camera system, make sure to use a commecial grade wires because the wires that came with online systems are usually meant for residential use". I wish all service industries has the same professionalism as Peter.
In the end, we decided to have SeattleDVR do our security cameras and behold the equipment and materials they use are indeed commercial grade, cameras are twice bigger, vandal dome (not those half faced eyeball looking) and our driveway cameras really reads license plate in and out of the property. And here is the icing, these guys traveled all the way from Seattle to where Moses walks on the lake to program our smart devices so we can monitor our property any where. They came by that morning installed 16 cameras to cover all of our entrances, exits, parking, two seperated building hallways, garbage bins, mailbox, pool and finish the job in 2 days . The equipment is top shelf and they do really neat calculated work. They were also competitive in price. The epitome of excellent service. Thank you guys for doing it quick.

Peter provides excellent service and attention to detail most companies don't even notice. From design of surveillance placement to actual technical know-how, these guys are a one stop shop. Expect to book in advance as these guys stay busy with industrial installs. Highly recommended!

Seriously I have dealt with many Resellers, contractors, IT’s and so called expert and completely understand that since you are going job to job appt times must be flexible. The technician at SeattleDVR was not only on time but minutes early.

He listens carefully and try to understand what needs to be done, and how to accomplish it without costing my arm, legs and what not. I was offered with two solutions to work with. Surprisingly after considering the pros and cons between online systems or their in-house built , I choose Seattle DVR systems, they are more robust, full frame in motion, uses Sony IMX CCDs, the quality of the pictures are vivid. Even the installer that we used gives a “WOW” comment after they see the system.
Like what they say, you get what you paid for, so go a little more expensive and have it good.

All the work was excellent quality. I didn't have to ask to have them trained us for the new system, and if we have a questions after the install, we email him or text him directly and get answers the same day. Now try that with online stuff!

After getting tired of having many trials of wanna be “IT” technician for our high end cameras, I decided to give Seattle DVR a shot. The hype is all true, these guys know their stuff and now I have the best technical people for life. They deserve five-stars across the board. It took them less than an hour to create a bridge between the backup 4G and Primary cable internet. While the cable company has been coming and going to try to make the Craddlepoint 4G backup internet to work for days, weeks, with different in-house technician and well know sub-contractor in the area. We got tired of all the BS of these technicians excuses why they can’t make it work as advertised. So we decided to ask around and got a recommendation to call Seattle DVR. Seattle DVR tech came to check and re-program the whole system in less than an hour. Holy smoke! One hour! while other “high level tech” has been fighting for weeks. Now our high end security cameras, network, point of sale works flawlessly.
