I am very happy with ScanMyPhotos. The best experience and help from Logan. I am not computer savvy at all and he literally spent over a month communicating back-and-forth step-by-step how to get my photos and went the extra mile to help me set my computer up so that my photos would load onto my desktop. He then gave me additional instructions how to move them onto my external hard drive.
Great experience helped Find My missing photos and helped me save them safely. I would definitely recommend scanmyphotos, especially if you need help. You’d be so lucky to connect with Logan. Excellent experience

I want to share with you my extraordinary experience working with Scan My Photos. I notified Scan My Photos customer service that we had an unexpectant death in the family. I inquired if I could expedite the orders of three boxes of photos that they had received a few weeks ago in order to have access to the photos of my family member. My family member was prominently featured in numerous photos I had sent to Scan My Photos. We wanted to include them in a slideshow for the funeral. Within a day, I received a response as well as digital copies of photos. These are signs of how Scan My Photos views the value of great customer service and their important role of preserving family memories. I am eternally grateful by the care and compassion they provided me. I have already shared with several people the great service I received and will continue to promote this excellent company. Their actions have made me a customer for life and a willing 'spokesperson' for Scan My Photos.

ScanMyPhotos employees went up and above to get my photos scanned in time for a Celebration of Life event. They were kind, caring and professional! They actually did what they said they were going to do and they did it right (which doesn't happen to often these days). I was extremely satisfied with their service and product. My mom took all of her photos that she has had in her entire lifetime and paid for this service. When we were looking through them, we could tell that a lot of them had glares on them that appeared in the form of a white shiny starburst. The majority of them were upside down or sideways, and we had to fix every single one individually to put them In the direction they should’ve been. This service cost a lot of money, But my mom was devastated at the results. They did send all of our pictures back, thank God period so at least we could purchase another service, even though we can’t afford it. Now we are stuck with a big box of photos that are not digitally put on anything. Shame on these people for doing this to my mom and all her memories. If you purchase the service, just expect to not get what you were expecting.

I sorted through photos for months literally and ended up with 2300 for photos from 1980. I put them in order by year, month and date. My first test group of under 100 was sent to a competitor. I did not have the option of choosing to have them scanned in order. I will just say the came to me a mess and the photo name was 15 letters and numbers and made no sense. I then found ScanMyPhotos, with the option to scan in order. I was afraid to open the file and waited a few days. When I opened it last night, each picture was scanned in order and included the note card with the year at the beginning of each year. Most important, was that they were jpeg pictures that were numbered in order so the first photo was 001.jpeg so they will forever be in order and they were easy to move to folders for each year!!! I messed that process up a few times by dropping them in the wrong place, but it did not matter since they were in number order! The quality of the pictures is good too for the old photos. Thanks ScanMyPhotos for helping me with a project that took a long time to work on and has been on my to-do list for at least 10 years! Cheers

Love Scan My Photos. I've used them x3 and find the service reasonably priced, with great results. The instructions to submit your photos come with a box and is easy/peasy. This service makes the stacks of photos in a hidden corner available to see, share, and enjoy. I recommend highly.

Just wanted to drop by and spread some good vibes – I'm a loyal customer back for more fun with ScanMyPhotos! This time, I entrusted them with my precious 35 mm slides carousels for digitization, and boy, did they deliver! The express same-day service was no joke – they got it done lightning fast!
