Stopped by on a whim on a Saturday just an hour before they closed to get a second opinion on a lens another shop had recently told me would need to be sent out for repairs taking two weeks.... The good folks at Royal Camera took the lens in the back room and repaired it for me in 15 minutes, a minor enough repair to them that they didn't even feel the need to charge me even tho I offered to pay something for their time.

You don't often find this kind of honesty in business these days, so they'll have my business the next time I'm in need. Hats off to these guys (wish I had gotten your name), thanks again.

I recently sent my Epson home theater project for repair to ROyal Camera Service. They promptly sent me an estimate as soon as they received the project. Upon approval, the repairs were done within 2 weeks (required new parts for lens assembly) and shipped the projector back in time to watch the big game!
Excellent service and communication.

Love these guys! I had tons of white spots on the display of my Mitsubishi projector. Turns out we needed the dlp chip replaced, and the part alone is usually around $200. We paid about $14 to ship it to them and they got back to us quickly with a quote of about $409 for parts, labor, and shipping. It was really reasonable. They fixed it quickly and we got our projector back in a few or two. I really appreciate their service. Payment was easy and they were very friendly on the phone. Will be using them again if we need to! I'd recommend these guys!

I had a very good experience with Royal Camera Service. My Panasonic PT-AE8000U projector quit working recently and I really didn't expect to be able to find a company to fix it. It seems that there aren't as many places that repair consumer electronics these days. Then I found Royal Camera Service and decided to give them a try. After they received my projector in they sent me an email with a detailed description of the repair needed with an estimate. It turned out to be much cheaper than what a new model, or even a used model on eBay would have cost, so I went ahead and fixed it. I agreed to the estimate via phone and they proceeded with the work. I just got it back yesterday and it's in perfect working condition again. When I sent it to them, I used the original box, and that's what they shipped it back in. They even used more packing materials than it came with when I bought it new. I'm glad I decided to fix it, since everything else about the projector was in great condition, including low hours on the bulb.

The folks at Royal Camera Service were also very good with their communication throughout the process. That included emailing me the detailed estimate I mentioned above, as well as emailing the tracking number when they shipped it back it to me. That let me watch for it so that it wouldn't be left unattended at the front door too long.

If I ever need my projector worked on again, or any of my camera gear for that matter, I will definitely use Royal Camera Service again.

Very satisfied customer! I sent my Panasonic Hpx170 camcorder so that they could repair the audio issue that it was having. I had already sent it to a different camera shop somewhere else in the us and they could not repair it due to not being able to get the parts. Royal camera repaired it with no problem at all! They sent me my quote and a week later I had my camera back into my hands with the audio working great again!? thank you!

After having little luck finding a repair shop local to me to repair my Canon 24-70mm lens that suddenly started to throw a faulty communication error code, I stumbled upon this repair shop with a quick Google search. After reading the many good reviews, I decided to ship my lens (my baby lol) to them from Middle Tennessee. My lens arrived to them on June 1st, and they had a diagnosis and estimate sent to me less than 24 hours later. The repair was much more reasonably priced than I imagined it would be. I approved the estimate, and it was repaired and on the way back to me on the 7th! The communication was amazing, and I cannot believe how quickly they were able to repair and have it back to me. My lens is working perfectly now! I hope to not have any camera/lens issues anytime in the foreseeable future, but if I do, I will be definitely using you all again! Thank you so much!
