Everytime I go in here I come and talk a storm with the sales guys I forget their name, but the two older white gentleman lol. They are very knowledgeable and always friendly. I spoke with Roger ( maybe Robert ?!?) chunkier white guy a lot about the UHS II cards and they carried the promaster brand. The cards performed in every aspect with all my tests and in this last weekends elopement I shot. The cards were just as described by the sales guys. Thanks again!

I stopped in today for the first time because I was looking for an older oddball digital camera and hoping they might have something used that would meet my minimum specifications for my purposes.

Jay helped me and guided me through the displays and in just a few minutes we found exactly what I was looking for at a great price. It didn't have a charger, so he sold me a nice universal charger that would work with the included battery as well as with my other cameras, and will work in my car, so I was happy to get a needed accessory that I know they recommend.

And when I requested an lens filter adapter for this weird old camera, he researched it on the computer and suggested that for this particular thing that they would have to special order that it would be easier and quicker for me just to take down the model number and pick up a cheap one online.

I was impressed that Jay sold me the camera I wanted, the charger that I needed, and didn't pressure me at all to buy anything I didn't actually need right now.

I'll definitely be back the next time I need help.

Absolutely great camera store. I traded in some lenses and got top dollar and then got a great deal on a nice new Tamron. After all those savings, they also gave me a military discount. I will be back and definitely recommend this store. Awesome shop.

Very thankful they are still developing film. I come back for the consistent quality of their lab.

That said, their front counter service is an unorganized nightmare. There is a different process every time I’m there, and something inevitably gets missed every time, often requiring two (sometimes three) extra trips back to Robi’s for one roll of film.

Incredibly frustrating and surprising, considering they have been in business for so long. You’d think it would be a simple process at intake, but what do I know.

Film is already an expensive labor of love. This has become my most dreaded part of the process.

Went in to check out the store after having purchased my camera the previous weekend from Kenmore camera and was looking to check out the used gear.

I was pressured to trade in my camera and buy a new one several times after telling the employees that I literally had my camera for less than a week. I told them I had also purchased a Tamron lens new for $900, and was told by an employee

“Oh that’s ($900) not a lot of money”

as they tried to sell me on the Sony Equivalent for twice the price. I attempted to laugh it off and explained that I was relatively new to photography and they said

“Oh that explains the bag”,

referring to my Amazon basics bag that I was actually seeking to replace. I was a little offended but said “Sure, I was actually looking into buying a Peak Design Bag, can you show me where those are?” only to find out they were out of stock.

TLDR; I was insulted, belittled, and the things that I was actively looking to purchase were out of stock. Don’t waste your time here. Just go the extra distance to glazers camera or kenmore camera instead.

I was recommended this place to get my 35 mm film developed by a friend and I am so so happy with the results. All the photos turned out how I wanted. One of the rolls was expired too and I wasn't sure how the photos would develop but they were amazing. They send them directly to your email which is really convenient too. Definitely recommend if you want film developed!
