I came in and was greeted by a big gentle dog, and soon after Deb came and helped me. She was very kind, and was happy to help me print out a portrait for my high profile client. She was able to help me pick out the best option for my client and was able to get it done in the same day. They were even kind enough to wait for me shortly after closing to pick up my portrait! It was beautiful and my client Loved It! I highly recommend them!

Our Wedding photo taken on December 28th in 1968. was in bad shape. I ask my wife, about three years ago, if there was anything we could do. We've passed Robin Imaging hundreds of times. She read an overlooked sign on building and took our Wedding photo in. Robin Imaging worked a miracle. It looks brand new, just like the original. The very thoughtful birthday gift is now on the wall in our bedroom. Robin Imaging Services, thank you.

I wanted an old photograph of my husband's deceased grandmother touched up and printed for his birthday. I ordered two copies, planning to give the other to his mother for mother's day. I placed the order on April 25th and was assured it would be completed by his birthday, on May 7th. I approved the proof on April 30th via email and assumed it was headed to print. When I called to let them know I'd be by to pick it up on the 7th, I was told that it still needed to be touched up. I explained that I'd already approved the proof, and it was supposed to be ready by the 7th. I can't say that the individual I spoke with on the phone seemed super apologetic: I was floored but decided there was no point in getting upset, and I told my husband his present was running late. The following day, Robin called to let me know my order was ready, but when I asked to confirm that there were two copies, she seemed confused and discovered they'd dropped the ball (a second time) and only printed one. I would have to wait another day to give my husband his (even more late) birthday present. Yet again, I was annoyed and disappointed, but what happened next is why I'm giving this company ONE star. When I went to pick up my order, the owner only took TEN PERCENT OFF!!!!TEN!!! In my opinion, everything that happened before this was a major mix up, and I was upset and super disappointed, but the fact that the company only bothered to take A FEW dollars off an order that they totally messed up is baffling to me. This is terrible customer service, and I highly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere---especially if you have an expectation of things being done promptly or if you want to be treated fairly.

Awesome experience! I had a copy of a photo of the waterway canal that's now Central Parkway. I wanted it blown up BIG and put onto a canvas for our office. I was concerned about the quality of transferring such and old photo onto a large canvas...however the piece turned out absolutely amazing! Robin and her entire team are true professionals and made the process super easy! My only regret is not looking into their services earlier. I highly recommend!!
