I purchased a $750 camera case in jam '24 and immediately had issues. The manufacturer was of little help. Six months later after multiple calls/emails to Kracken fail to solve issue, I sent it back to RPF for a refund. Lawrence took the time to trouble shoot the issue, explain the problem and even made a PERSONAL YOU TUBE VIDEO to train me! Who does that!!
Their customer service combined with knowing products better than the people who make them makes them my go to dive photo shop from now on.

They often save me from my habit of losing things. From big items to small items, even sometimes discontinued items, they can get it. And ship it FAST even outside of USA (their oversea shipment comes faster than domestic orders where I am!). My underwater photo activity would be 10 times more difficult without them. Thank you!!

INTEGRITY AND RESPONSIVENESS! I found a hard to get lens on the Reef Photo website. I ordered it and paid for it. I called their number to check to see if it would arrive in time for a trip coming up soon. They didn’t answer, but called me back within minutes. The store representative explained that they couldn’t assure that I’d get this lens in time. He immediately agreed to refund the money, and did within minutes. I’m impressed by the responsiveness and honesty of this store and its owner. I’ll be doing business with them.

I've had my Nauticam underwater housing serviced by them several times, the last time in September of 2019. I'm late in posting this review, but wanted to let everyone know what a great job these guys do. Normally, the service has been fine, and before 2019 would run 200-300$. This last time, the bill was considerably higher, $710. I was hesitant to spend that much, BUT, I am so glad I did. They did a phenomenal job! The vacuum seal switch had come unseated, and some of the buttons were sticky, and not functioning well. Up until I received it back from them I was convinced I had made the wrong decision. But upon receiving it, I could see how wrong I was. Even my husband couldn't believe his eyes at how well they cleaned it up and how smoothly everything functioned. We also had a different vacuum system installed (the push button, instead of the old screw type I had had) for an additional $250. I have to say, it looked so great, I actually did not want to put it back in the ocean. If you need your housing serviced, just do it. It will be worth it!
