GET YOUR CAMERAS AND GEAR HERE! I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this store and its staff. I went in just doing some research, and had some questions. I knew what I wanted but wasn’t 100% confident with myself and all the facts to make a large purchase. Jonah was incredible, he is the reason to shop local, smaller stores, and avoid giving money to those faceless corporate overlords that only care about your money. Jonah didn’t care if he sold me a camera and lenses he just made sure my questions were answered, my concerns addressed, and that I was comfortable with my investment decision. I went in and about 45min later I walked out with my camera body and a lens ready to get at it. Jonah and the team at PROCAM are the reason I bit the bullet and bought my setup because I got the sense that he cared, and that store will always be there for their customers, even after I paid there was no rushing me out the door after they got my money. Questions answered, fears gone, and a new customer for life. Thank you all for being there and offering the best customer service out there! Totally 2+hr drive!

UPDATE: 10-3-2024. I have purchased two Sony bodies from Chris this week, an A93 and an FX3. Chris and the team at procam are the reason I come back. They are honest to a fault and always treat me fairly. If you need classes to help learn how to get the most potential out of your equipment or you’re interested in the business side and the steps needed to get a business running, stop by and talk to Vic. These guys are here for the community and it shows. They WILL beat any deal you see on Amazon, give them a shot.

Called in to see what kind of price they’re offering on buying a used lens they’re currently selling for over $900 on their website. Sales associate Chris wouldn’t even do close to $500. He openly admitted to screwing over customers in order to have the highest profit margin. This was my first and definitely last experience with them as a company! You lost a customer due to the arrogance and blatant disrespect of your employee! Heed my warning and avoid this place at all costs!
