Horrible customer service. It says outside they sell 8mm but they don't, its a lie, the don't carry it at all. They only work on super 8 cameras that they personally sell. Lady at front desk was rude and didn't care to help at all.

I got my first Super8 film camera a few months ago and I quite honestly didn't know it would work, nor did I know if I was truly filming anything properly. I took this with me for a family road trip from CO to California. Pro8mm developed, scanned, and sent everything to me within the 5-7 business day turnaround as promised, and boy did they deliver. Didn't know I was going to get so emotional viewing the footage, but they really truly gave me a gift of memories on a medium that is so nostalgic and special. These folks do incredible work. I paid for standard turnaround and had 2 rolls of 200T back to me in my hands in 10 business days! The scans were preserved perfectly and the quality of the film is impeccable. Couldn't recommend Pro8mm enough.

This is simply the best place to both purchase and scan your Super 8. I am fairly new to this craft and they have been a great help in both learning how to shoot as well as making the scan straightforward. I do not live in LA but the process from start to finish is made easy by Pro8mm. Enjoy everyone!

I was using Pro 8mm for years... recently I sent an order including 5 rolls of film - i received scanned 3. Instead of trying to understand the problem and to help - their customer services was rude. I'm using another company that scan my still films and I know what good customer services is and system in order. After years of using Pro 8mm services I'm really disappointed and will not recommend using them any longer.
