Wow. Amazing customer service.

I traded in some old lenses yesterday and bought a camera. When I got home, I did something dumb and almost immediately broke a little piece of the battery door off.

I took the camera back the next day and explained what happened so they just fixed it for me on the spot. These people really care about their customers and their craft as a whole. True professionalism. A++

I am writing a quick review that I will update after I visit the store in person. I was concerned about my Aperture not sliding smoothly and over the phone Zane(sp?) assisted me with the issue. I explained I was new to photography and In a 5 minute conversation I was informed how the aperture works when it is working correctly. They were kind over the phone and heard my issue even though I was wrong I wasn’t made to feel stupid. This saved me an unnecessary trip and has definitely made me interested in using this store long term. Thank you Zane(sp?)!!

I came in because I got a new film camera and was having some trouble with it and loading the film. Everyone was super helpful. They fixed my film/camera and gave me some pointers to avoid the issue happening again.
