I’ve been here so many times now I thought I should make a review after my last trip. I needed a new camera and after using it a lot and enjoying it, I thought the sales team deserved some praise for giving me exactly what I needed! Every time I come into Precision I am greeted in a warm and welcoming way by the clerks. They always respectfully ask if I need help and if I say no they back off but if I say yes they are more than ready to help. I cannot recommend PCV in SPM enough! Whether it’s Caleb or Ian or Jason, they all possess expert level knowledge and provide superb customer service!

I was hesitant going to a specialty store because I knew I would spend more. I might have saved a couple of hundred ordering online but working with Precision Camera was a wonderful experience. Ian was generous with his time and extremely professional. I will only go to Precision Camera for my photography needs.

I went to Precision Camera and Video to ask about selling a camera. I asked them if they purchase cameras. The employee said "only mirrorless," which was funny with how short his tone was from the beginning. I couldn't imagine two people being more disinterested in their jobs. The employee who helped me typed on the computer for about three minutes, and then the other employee got bored and walked away. The employee who helped me quoted me $200 for the camera, which was a couple hundred dollars below the lowest bids on eBay for the camera. I wasn't surprised, as I was selling to a brick-and-mortar store. It was just kind of comical how little they both cared to show any customer service. After that experience, I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.
