I loved the work they did with my scans, i asked them for medium size scans for some 35mm rolls I dropped there and got them as soon as I picked my negatives.

I had some pictures developed here and they were excellent quality. On a subsequent order I had a larger quantity of photos and decided to go with a different vendor. This company may be a little bit more expensive but it is worth not having to re-print or wish you had gone with them in the first place after the fact.

Bottom line, you get what you pay for. This place was excellent I will only develop photos here moving forward if I want it done correctly.

Fast and friendly service. Pricing seems reasonable. I had two rolls of film developed, along with the contact sheet, and negatives. I plan to go back and get some of the better photos scanned as soon as I have a few more rolls of film to develop. With film photography starting to make a comeback, this seems like a good place to visit. They appear to do printing and enlargements as well but I haven't used those services yet.

Nice customer service, fair prices. BUT I only have them process the film; their scans are bad. I paid for the mid level resolution scans and was extremely disappointed to the point that I purchased a Epson V800.

The price for developing, cutting and sleeving the negatives is very reasonable. I have had them process approximately 10 rolls of 35mm and over 8 rolls of 120.

But again the two times I paid for the scans of my negatives ( my first two times dropping off my film their) was met with very bad scans, dust and DOG hair was very easily seen in the scans. They did offer to scan future rolls for free because of the results but I chose to decline the offer after the second time was also poor. They do upload the scans to a drop box online, maybe the lower resolution scans are better, I do not know.

I was visiting Dallas and finished a roll of film while there and was happy to find such knowledgeable, helpful staff! I’m taking off one star for the following reason: I had asked about getting negative scans when I dropped off the film and the woman assisting me said they would give me a call when the processing was done since I wasn’t sure if the images would even come out (I was using very expired film). Because we didn’t know if scans or shipping would be necessary, she didn’t take my credit card info. Well, while at work today I got three different voicemails asking me to call them back for my credit card information. When I called, I was told the film was already mailed with two day shipping (which cost $15 alone) and not scanned. I appreciate that the staff thought they were doing me a favor, but it hurt a little to pay $24 for a $7 processing job, on top of whatever I will have to pay to get the film scanned locally when it should have been done in Dallas :/ That being said, I would still recommend them to local Dallas customers!

My goodness....these people truly know the meaning of GREAT customer service. I decided to go with them for my first time developing and working with film. The young lady I called worked with me quite well, and explained everything I needed to know, and also helped me figure out the most economic route on getting my pictures done. I will definitely use them again in the future. I recommend them for any photographer of any level!

Awesome place. If I take pictures it's always on my film camera. Rolls I would normally have to expose by hand that take a ton of time they can handle easily. Never had a roll they couldn't develop and the prints they do are really fantastic. My brother is a professional and he has all of his prints done on digital done here. Top notch let's support this local business.
