I went to Office Max to turn in some expired ink cartridges. I was pleased to hear that they were worth $1 each toward a Rewards Certificate. The young lady at the counter was very nice and had a good attitude.
So I'm doing the survey.
Now I'm supposed to log into my account to complete my registration. But I don't have an account so we'll see what happens next.

Print counter was not very friendly and did nothing to help me other than say I can do it myself even though I was willing to pay for the help?
Michelle at the front checkout counter was super nice and friendly and actually brightened my day! Great employee!

Mike was great! Before this visit I would dread going into Office Max because of the awful customer service or lack of. Mike was great, he went above and beyond. I'll go to that location again now.

Customer service could be better at the print counter. I was there today and had to print something really quickly two of the machines were working and one of them have been down for weeks I believe. Anyway, I asked the lady at the counter if she could help me print something as I needed to make it to the post office before they closed. I had no idea how long it was going to take the two people ahead of me to print. She said they had a 2.50 minimum which is fine but I looked behind me nothing on the rack to help meet that 2.50 and everything was out of the price point of what I was willing to spend to get a single piece of paper printed. I have printed here numerous times and it was never a problem to help me print behind the counter before. I think I prefer the guy that is there during the week he is very friendly.

Terrible experience at this location today. I needed a toner cartridge. I did not have the cartridge with this time for replacement. Yet I knew the model. The guy was kind of rude to me. Look it up on Google he says. He did not want to look it up. Then he said meet me at the cashier. I had to follow him in the store. Then i catch him complaining to a girl about all these questions people are asking. They can look
these questions up ? Then he seen me and stopped what he was complaining about. Unbelievable

Came in for a single item lamination about 5:45pm. The gentleman working in the print department Jacob Informed me that because of the time that he would not be able to do the work the same day... So while maybe it's hard for me to understand why laminating a single sheet is ever so complex that it would require next day pick up it was really his dismisive demeanor and lack of customer empathy that rub me the wrong way.
