Scott was awesome. My fiancé had her Minolta serviced by Scott in 2023 and it was such a wonderful experience that I had my camera serviced by him last month. Excellent communication and work done by him, I would recommend 100%! I plan to continue having Scott service my cameras in the future.

I took this photo to have it enlarged for my stepfather's Memorial Service.
My picture of the picture doesn't do it Justice. It turned out beautiful with all the busyness in the background removed. I definitely would go here again for any photo alterations I may need. Mr. Nielsen is very helpful, kind, patient.

I went in today to have my camera and lens cleaned and serviced and was fully expecting to have to leave it there but the owner, Scott Nielsen, had the time and took care of it right there while I waited. It didn't take long either. I've known Scott for over 20 years and he always gives excellent service. He is the only factory trained and certified camera repair guy in the tri-county area. He is also an excellent photographer. He has a huge studio on site and also does events and schools. Scott is the real deal. He's honest and if for some reason he cannot help you, he will point you in the direction of someone who can. I highly recommend checking out Nielsen Photographic Services for whatever your camera or photographic needs may be.
