This is my favorite photo lab. I bought my first SLR from here almost 4 years ago, and they process film for me as well. They’re such a trustworthy business to support too! Great selection of digital, and film camera equipment.

My memory card got jammed in my video camera, they wanted $49 to get it out. 4 small screws to open. Told the board was broken. They didn’t even try to say here’s some money back. That would be good business. But no, not even an attempt even after I said, $49 to unscrew four screws? And young man said:” that’s what it costs”. Well this review is what it costs them. I hate giving bad reviews but man this left a really bad taste in my mouth. Shame.

I walked in for a repair on my camera and Rob was a true gentleman and expert. He made me feel accepted in his store when i clearly made a rookie mistake . I appreciate his kindness and highly recommend his store for any and all camera needs .

Got two rolls of film developed, was outrageously priced (for sure over $20 per roll but don't remember exactly, and I get a roll for $10 at the place I frequent now). Also took about a week to develop (not ridiculous but I have been able to get my photos back same day elsewhere). Service is extremely lacking, felt like I was inconveniencing the guy who sold to me and the other person in the store was not much better. Do not recommend, especially compared to other much better experiences I've had at camera/photo shops.

I had a photo I wanted enlarged. They have all my information necessary to tell me the work has been completed. I visited once to review the work, and called three times. I haven't heard from them since July 8th. I'm glad I did not leave a deposit. I was told that the work would be completed ASAP. Well, so much for that. I'm going to use another company

Another wonderful experience at your store. Because of the excellent customer care at Neptune over the years, I have ONLY purchased my most expensive equipment from you.

In 2014 my wife bought me a $1200 150-600mm lens at your store. Recently it was having some focus issues. I brought it in and in one day it was adjusted and is working again. No charge!

That is why I will always use Neptune. The place is under new ownership ... VERY nice people, and former owner Bob is still there for technical advice and more.

I came here after being disappointed with another shop and they were able to help me instantly with my old film camera. Not only were they able to print the photos from the negatives but they also emailed me the copies as well! Less than a week & the gentlemen that helped me was very kind.

I used to get my film developed here but I recently found that they were over charging me for the price of developing a roll. What’s more disappointing is how long they take with developing film. My new location does same day developing for $5 per roll and it’s amazing work. I shouldn’t have to wait so long for my film to be developed if I’m paying more money. Also I never had a direct answer for a date when I wanted to know what day to expect. If they were to fix those issues I feel as if they would be top of the film developing stores at the moment.
