I came in to replace a Canon lens, and ended up leaving with a basic replacement lens, and a fixed lens for low natural light. Both were very reasonably priced.

I've never replaced camera parts before, and was a bit nervous about it. Jared is friendly, passionate, fun to talk to, and answers questions with a balanced amount of detail. The store is also very pleasant and well laid out. I couldn't be happier with the experience. Clearly this business endures for many good reasons.

The employees at NCE are very passionate and dedicated! I'm in marketing so I must use cameras, but I know very little. I come into NCE when I need advice and assistance. They are always very helpful!
They don't make you feel dumb for not knowing what they do, they always seem like they're trying to help educate, even though it goes in one ear and out the other sometimes ?
Rebecca helped me earlier this week and she went so far out of her way to make sure I was looking at the right equipment, she brought in Ed to help me with some of the videography questions as well and he gave me some great advice.
I went in there scared of buying the wrong thing or being shamed for my lack of knowledge, and came out, knowing exactly what I needed to buy and why!

Went in to see a 600 F4 labeled as EX, for a fair price, and ended up having a bit of an emotional day. Excellent help as I ended up walking away from a full 5 Lens Hasselblad kit with a digital back and all accesories, Including an awesome lightware case, which was the backbone of a commercial studio for decades as well as a D3s I had been holding onto. Methodical and pleasant Jason ended up going through the whole kit gave me a price and away I walked, new lens in hand and leaving my trusty kit behind. I hope the Camera, lenses, bits and pieces end up in front of fresh eyes and in fresh hands. Also bought a GREAT Gitzo traveler and quick release head!!! Thank you for being there and for the support over these many years.

Charlie is the best! I had called before showing up, and he was so helpful on the phone. So glad I wasn’t able to make it in yesterday so Charlie could help me today. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he helped me decide the perfect camera for a beginner, but also one I wouldn’t outgrow as I learn. He was very patient, kind, understanding, and knowledgeable. Gave knowledge freely, asked questions to help find the best fit, and gave me options to choose from while giving the best advice he could in helping me pick the right camera. I don’t know that I would go anywhere else after this great experience and I would definitely recommend this place to everyone, and go see Charlie for all your camera shopping needs. Give Charlie a raise!
