We were in a bind for European passport photos. I searched OKC area photographers, and we struck Gold with MotoPhoto OKC. Matthew was outstanding! Great customer service, superior photographic & computer skills, and frankly, just a super nice guy!

I had a not-so-great$65 Easter minis photo shoot with someone off FB & they just weren't great. I got a groupon for $35 & called to set up a time. The available times meant pics wouldn't be back before Easter. I explained the $65 situation & she offered to stay over in order to do the shoot. I think all my pro pics will be at MotoPhoto -- & they had live bunnies!

I took an 8mm film reel of my grandparents home videos in to be converted to digital format.

My first suggestion was to put it on USB, the manager told me DVD was the only option. It would actually be easier to put this on USB and save the extra step of burning a DVD, but I decided I could do that myself once they ran it through conversion.

After a month had passed without receiving a phone call, I decided to stop by and pick it up. Sure enough, it was ready and nobody ever called to notify.

The final product wasn't even ready yet, the mgr still had to stick a label on the dvd while I waited.

Call ahead yesterday to see if they'll be open. They assure me that they will. Show up today, 30 min after opening time with the lights off, door locked and the phone not being answered. Frustrating, especially after being told that they will be open.
