Having lived in the area for many many years, I had never visited Mikes Camera. But recently, needed to have a document framed so decided to stop in to see what was offered in the store.
I found a very pretty well-priced frame which was perfect for my needs.

I worked with Ben who was so very helpful, suggesting several options for me to consider. He was both professional and kind showing me that he was most interested in making sure that I was a well-pleased customer.

Karina offered to help provide an extra service over and above my expectations which was also most helpful. Ben took the time to explain some of the many services offered for printing, digitizing etc.
Together they made me feel really good about having chosen to visot their store

I will be returning.

Mike's cameras in Lone Tree is always helpful whenever I need them. On 09/15/2024@ 15:18, the man who helped us put photos onto a flash drive, Daniel, was awesome. Very knowledgeable and we ended up with exactly what we need. Thanks Mike's Camera & Daniel.

I recently visited Mikes Camera in Lone Tree. I was extremely fortunate to have met Fulton Pritchett! He was extremely knowledgeable about the Z8 camera I was interested in purchasing. Between that and his customer service skills I was a very satisfied customer. Camera equipment wasn't avail at the time but he kept me updated. I felt like a valued customer!

Excellent selection of camera gear! I needed a 28-70mm rf lens for a friends engagement shoot and Fulton had it ready to go for me 5 minutes before they closed. Great service and Fulton made it easy for me to grab the gear and go.

Well stocked and clean store (though more expensive than locally owned camera shops) but didn't have the most positive experience.

One of the employees (whose badge said she was in training) helped me out with purchasing film for a camera I just got. I'm new to film photography, so I wanted an explanation of the different types of film and help putting the film into the camera. This employee seemed quite tired, and didn't seem to fully understand the differences between film types. Additionally, when she showed me how to install the film into my camera, she tried to close the camera a few times without success until I showed her how it worked. This meant that the film kept winding up every time she closed the camera.

I asked if I could get a new roll of film in exchange for the one that she put in, since I wanted to make sure I got the whole roll's worth. However, she declined this request, saying that she couldn't return film. After talking for a bit, she said that she might be able to give me a discount if I came back to develop the photos, but I will probably not be returning simply because the prices for developing are significantly more expensive than, for instance, Englewood camera.

In the end, frustrated that I wasn't able to get my full money's worth of film due to an employee's inexperience.

This place was great, and I worked with a Rachel G. to find the perfect next lens! My friend and I went in with wayyy to many questions... but we walked out with all of them answered and a 24-70mm Canon lens that has been very enjoyable to shoot with. I would highly recommend coming here... and if you do, ask for Rachel G. because she was incredibly helpful.

We went in to find a beginner camera to video and photograph cars. We were helped immediately by a very knowledgeable employee by the name of Rachael. She walked us through several camera choices from cheap to moderately priced. She explained everything we would need to look for when shooting fast moving subjects and after dark videos. She did not use high pressure sales or try to push us out of our price range. She was very honest about lenses we would need after gaining more experience and the difference between flashes and LED lights. She spent about an hour with us and we walked out of their extremely satisfied. Would definitely recommend this store.
