We went to Mike's because we are buying a camera as a gift. We figured a small store would be better with customer service and knowledge than a big box store and we were right. At first we were helped by a young man from the photo section, (jeff i think) who admitted he had limited knowledge, but got us going in the right direction. Then John stepped in, and he knew his stuff. He was very helpful and basically sold us what he would've bought himself if he was in or position. It was actuallyl one of the cameras we were first recommended! Great job, and thank you all! 10 stars

We brought in our older camera for a new battery as it was an older camera. Dustin was very gracious and helpful in looking at our camera and discovering it was a simple setting. I highly recommend Mikes Camera for all your photography needs. They are very knowledgeable, helpful and fair.

I really appreciate the great service by Dustin and Sarah last week. I ordered multiple 4 x 6 prints that I intended to trim into squares. When I got there, they weren’t printed properly because I didn’t make it known what I was trying to do. They quickly reprinted them and then trimmed them for me! Thank you for going the extra mile!

The Balloon In Festival class in Colorado Springs on 8/31/24 given by Mikes Camera was a great success!! Brian Rabin gave a comprehensive and interesting class with many benefits!! We got private access to the huge event as well as one on one camera instruction for photographing the event. And then a useful critique for all class attendees plus a large print of our favorite personal picture to take home. Kudos to Brian for a job well done! We will be back!

But Randy didn’t stop there—he went above and beyond, guiding me through additional settings to ensure my photos turn out perfectly every time.
