Originally went in for a repair on an older camera that was handed down by my mother. Unfortunately the camera required an expensive repair because of the damage, but was still able to be done. Very helpful for those who have vintage cameras and want them fully functional. With how helpful and good advice from Greg was, I chose to purchase one of their used cameras and I absolutely love it. Even being 10 years old, works perfectly for me and a very good for learning, which is exactly what Greg had mentioned. Thank you!!

Very happy with the attentive service! Rented a lens for a simple portrait shoot and I want to thank all the staff for their kindness and willing to help a 'beginner'. I was able to rent a lens and narrow down my decision with the staff's recommendations based on what I wanted to shoot, where i would be, how many people, etc. The rental process was very simple and a fair price for the quality of the equipment. I plan to be back again in the future! Thank you guys!

I showed up 10 minutes before they closed with several rolls of film, they were very helpful and polite. I didn't feel rushed and they didn't make me feel bad at all for coming so late. Personal service was exceptional!!

Had 5 disposable film cameras developed.Was told they would not print photos if too dark. Every pack had at least 3 in them.?
Also, 5. 8mm tapes converted to usb. Haven't even checked those.
Instructions were to call if more than $125.00 they never did. Took over 3 months. Guy to help was not in to call back, equipment needed repair... Called back 3 times!
Tape stuck in camcorder ($1,000) did I want them to break it to get it out
Finally went in and extremely disgusted with the total of $171.49!!!
POOR customer service!!!!
They didn't explain why I wasn't informed of increased price!!!
Save your time and money and go somewhere else!!

What a gem! This is a proper photography shop, with a wide assortment of gear, old and new, in-house scanning and film development. So many shops nowadays ship film out to get processed, but they're still doing it onsite - even black and white! I've bought some used gear from them a couple times now, and prices have always been fair. The folks at the shop are friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that, for whatever reason, it's weirdly dimly lit in there. Odd problem for a place that sells professional lighting equipment.

Went there for my film and broken camera. They helped me a lot with the broken part as much as they could. Also, I haven’t had these good quality scans in a while at that price. Too bad i’m moving and won’t be able to send them my films anymore.

A great traditional camera store and photo finisher! I recently brought 2 projects to them:
1) A simple C-41 35mm process and scan roll of film. They did great as would be expected and turned it around fairly quickly.
2) The 2nd was a greater challenge: A mystery roll of medium format B&W film assumed to have been exposed 75 or more years ago! Despite its age, they had the experience to process it and even knew some tricks to make the best out of such an old roll. Due to its age and over 70 years of poor storage, it was tightly curled so they had to attempt different ways for quite a while in order to scan these negatives but didn’t give up. We were still able to recognize some faint images of a family members 1st Communion, film originally taken in 1950!
Nice work and expertise that is increasingly rare these days!
