We had a very good experience with LensProToGo. We hired an internationally renowned photographer from London to take pictures for our office in downtown Boston, and they delivered all of the equipment on time with mint condition. The director personally made sure the delivery is on time, and we were well taken care of. The photos turned out to be beautiful, and we thank LensProToGo for their service. The shoot would not happen without their equipment support. I recommend this company to anyone who needs to rent equipment for photography. It is important to have a phone conversation to confirm the location and delivery time.

I needed a specific lens for Saturday morning early--and on Wednesday I realized my lens was defective; I called LensProToGo and even though Thursday was a legal Holiday and I am on the other Coast--it arrived on Friday and I was all set!!!! Very impressive customer service!!!! Thank you LensProToGo!!! Amazing!

I rented a Sony a7 IV and lens for a recent trip to New York. The ordering process was smooth and the equipment arrived at the promised time. The equipment arrived in a carrying case, inside a hard plastic case, inside a cardboard box. Now that's protection !!!
The camera worked flawlessly and I returned it the day after I got back from my trip. The return material was exactly what was needed, including a hilarious message on the packing tape - you'll have to rent something to get the rather lengthy message, which is too long to include here.
Their customer service people are extremely pleasant to communicate with, and obviously care about the company and what they do.
All in all a great experience.

The BEST online rental house I've had the pleasure of working with. I've been a customer with these guys for 6+ years and have never had a bad experience. Gear always arrives on time (sometimes with candy), comes clean, well-prepped and ready to go. They are super knowledgable over the phone and get back to you quickly if you ever have a problem on set. They are lenient on late returns as long as you keep them updated. Fantastic people, highly recommend them for your next production.
