I am very impressed with the team at Kolari. I am new to IR photography and had several questions before making a purchase. Not only are their products excellent but their customer service is personal, fast, friendly and efficient. I wish they had a permanent branch in the United Kingdom! Kolari Vision has excellent products such as IR, ND, and other camera filters. Their camera conversion services are top notch. However, it is their customer service that is really their greatest attribute. They respond quickly and clearly to any questions, which is not the case with many (bot-driven) customer service groups. This is a bit of a late review. I ordered camera accessories from Kolar in June-July. My order included several filters for Canon EOS R lenses. It took me a while to test them all, but I've been very happy with them. I am by no means a professional photographer, at most a light hobbyist, so my knowledge is limited, but I was particularly impressed with the 2-10 Stop VND Kolari R Drop-in Filter for Canon EF-EOS R Lens Mount Adapter (EF/EF-S to RF). The picture remained high-quality and enjoyable up to the darkest filter setting with my Sigma 14mm F1.8 Art lens. I haven't tried more scientifically to look for mistakes in tones or image quality, but I haven't seen anything objectionable after viewing images from my 75" TV. Kolari treated me as a customer with respect and certainly did more than many other companies would have done in a similar situation to create trust in them. Thank you for the good service!
