Friendly staff, very willing to have you try a lens before you buy. It's small, but functional. There isn't much of a showroom, but that would be impractical given the amount of gear they carry. They are more than happy to fetch something from their on-site warehouse. Recommended for working photographers and collectors. I've been a customer for years. I've bought some used pieces from other vendors, but when it absolutely has to be perfect, you go with KEH. If you're passing through Atlanta like I was, you should stop in. Highly recommended.

If you have been thinking about going through KEH, don't think just do. I sent in my trade in afte getting multiple quotes. They were by far the best offer not even including the 10% added trade in credit towards my purchase. I pre-ordered the R5 Markii and coincidentally they actually had a pre-owned that came in so I purchased it for the discount. A few days later, I received a call stating that there was a problem with the cameras battery upon inspection (whoever sent the camera in sent the old style battery with it.......) they were apologetic for the inconvenience and offered me a brand new one that they tracked down!

We just purchased our dream lens from KEH and were excited to see the amazing condition it was in for their "bargain" quality. We have tested it out in the field and so far we are very happy! I’ve bought and sold here. Both times the staff was amazing, helpful, and incredibly nice! I bought a lens but accidentally was given the wrong lens hood for it. When I went back to exchange it, they didn’t hesitate and even offered a charger I was planning on buying for free. They really have amazing customer service and have a lot of knowledge when it comes to cameras.
