Customer service was great. The couple that run this store are super helpful and nice.
They took the time to explain what different lenses do and what is that I need.

I looked for my Canon camera at all the big box stores and none had it in stock. On a whim I called this camera shop on Oahu while on vacation and they had it!! The owners were very helpful and explained so much about the camera I purchased. My husband and I enjoyed our visit with them. Thank you!!

Stopped in this small camera shop for two seconds and we were instantly helped get the exact piece we were missing for a tripod stand we lost a part on during travel. Pretty impressive, check this place out!

Customer service was very poor. If you don’t have a 2020 Canon or newer, don’t waste your time. The owner will look down on your older Canon, criticize your purchase, and offer ZERO help. They only works with Canon. They have ZERO knowledge about any other brands, bodies and lenses.

I came to Kaimuki because I forgot some equipment back home; when I came to Hawaii for vacation. When I entered the store I was received very politely and was helped with getting the equipment I needed. I was also briefed on how to use the equipment's features which I was very thankful for; you usually don't find big retail stores doing that. Also, I did enjoy the conversation that I had with the people there.

Overall I was very pleased with my experience in this store. And will have this store as my go-to camera store when in Hawaii.

The owners we're very welcoming and knowledgeable when it came to camera equipment and accessories. They definitely knew more than me, so it was nice to learn new things from them. If I'm every in Honolulu again, I will be stopping by for all my camera/photography needs. Always love to support local businesses, I highly recommend this place.

Very small, locally owned store. I went here with a friend that's an avid photographer. She was looking for a type of lense, which the owner seemed to have a de ent selection. He engaged in conversation and knew his products.
