Was looking for an older small camera to fit in my purse. Not many camera stores around anymore besides Best Buy (which they have nothing compared to this shop). When I walked in was amazed to see all the options! This shop is a gem. The men working were amazing help and showed me everything I needed for the camera to get the photos on my computer, and showed me how to use the camera. They went beyond measures to help me. I highly recommend this shop for all camera needs. Very educated workers.

Fine for shopping but had a difficult experience with paid lessons in my case. The owner agreed to give me a ( paid) lesson on using Lightroom, specifically organizing photos. He could not answer any of my questions. He only knew the basics necessary for his own sports photography work. This could not translate to other organizing needs so I left with nothing. He promised, since I had paid, that he’d follow up with the information I had come to learn, but he never called back. I eventually went to Dodd’s and got the help I needed. Nice guy and has helped me well woth purchases but didn’t follow through this time, or know his own limitations when agreeing to take my money

10/10 recommend for any technical work you might need done on your camera. The day I was proposing to my girlfriend I woke up in a horror to realize my camera would not shoot any photos. Even though it was working fine a few weeks before. Went in and with some troubleshooting, Matt fixed the problem in under an hour and was able to capture some great memories! He also has high end gear to rent and purchase and does photo shoots as well. I’d choose K&R over any other camera shop in the NKY and Cincinnati area!

This place is great! I initially went to another place and was told that the body of my camera was damaged and that it would be cheaper just to buy a whole new one. When I brought my camera to this shop for a second opinion, I found out that my lens was just damaged and Matt was able to fix it at a very reasonable price. They're honest and helpful and I look forward to future business with them.

They’re great! Every time I leave that store, I feel more confident when taking pictures. They’re great with camera maintenance, repair, and tips on shooting. Like the selection for film but would like to see Cinestill and other Kodaks since I can’t find any other stores in Cincy that sell them. Would highly recommend this shop!

So kind and understanding. I'm not a professional but love my Nikon camera. Matt was able to understand the issues I was having and offer solutions. Totally trust them with my camera cleaning and repairs! Great small business atmosphere! I'll be back for supplies!
