I have had 3 or 4 of these pens and usually end up giving them away. I use them in an inspection process to make sure I don’t miss anything. The last one I had broke, and Kat from iSpy gladly replaced it. Great customer service.

Cannot say enough good things about my experience with these guys! Due to some issues with the shipping company (no fault to the seller) my product arrived broken and unusable. Within minutes of reaching out, I was not only contacted by their customer support but also received a personal text from the CEO apologizing for the incident (none of which was his fault) and he immediately confirmed that a replacement device was being shipped to me. I buy many things online but I have yet to experience this level of quality customer service! I love the product and cannot recommend it enough but more than anything, it is great to know that quality customer service still exists out there! Overall great product and even greater customer experience!

Initially, I left a negative review for the iSpy pen due to a misunderstanding on how to charge the device. However, I am pleased to update my review after resolving the issue and experiencing its full functionality.

The iSpy pen works perfectly and is an excellent tool for covert video recording. The video quality is impressive for such a compact device, and it seamlessly blends in as a regular pen, making it incredibly discreet.

A special shout-out to the support team, who were very helpful and quick to respond to my concerns. They immediately offered to replace the pen, but I soon realized that the problem was my own fault. Once I figured out the correct charging method, the pen performed flawlessly.

I highly recommend the iSpy pen to anyone in need of a reliable and covert recording device. The product's quality, combined with the outstanding customer service, makes it a worthwhile investment.
