I had really bad experiences in this store. At first, my old camera show error E02 so it was ribbon cable problem, then i bring this to the store and she said she can fixed it. After a few days, it all done and we paid $268 for that after we got home, it's still cannot use. So, i go there again and she said she will return but just some money because the service cannot return. I'm okay but then i bring my camera go back to my hometown. He said my camera all rip off inside and the store that bring this camera to fixed it, there was saw some camera part off to selling!!!!!!! Do not come to this store ever!!!!! ❌❌❌❌❌❌

This establishment despite entrusting them with a deposit, they neglected to initiate the repair order for three weeks, causing significant delays. Furthermore, while one issue was fixed and another issue arose. The reassembling of the lens was not in the original state causing issues.

An amazing, smooth, and successful experience. I had a Sony lens that took a tumble and the mount was completely bent. Without any places nearby that would fix a Sony lens and Sony themselves not producing the mount part, I took it to International Camera Inc. I called to make a quick appointment and dropped it off. Very friendly and understanding customer service. I was explained the entire process clearly. After one week I got a call back to know how long and much it would cost for the repairs before repairs had started which is very helpful. And in two weeks I had picked up the lens without a problem. Reasonable price for the fix and it works like brand new. I would recommend to come here to have things repaired, just make sure to call for appointments!

It makes me sad to write this review, but I want to make sure that others do not make the same mistake as I did. I have been a loyal customer for a few years now, and the quality of service is so hit or miss. Alice, who works upfront is kind and patient, but that is where my compliments end. I have had to re-service work here more than once, and just recently had my lens made worse than when I dropped it off. For professionals and hobbyists alike, this is unacceptable, and I did not even get a full refund (bare minimum for damaging a lens). I hope this business takes the negative reviews seriously and steps up their quality. I cannot recommend going here unless you want to gamble with your camera gear.

Great experience here. Had a broken hot shoe fixed, rear housing on a lens fixed plus cleaning, and it was done in 2 days. I did pay for rush service and it was totally worth it to have my gear in time for my weddings. Alice is very sweet and the pricing was super reasonable!! Why send your stuff into Canon and wait over a month for them to send it back? Highly, highly recommend!

I had a cannon ae-1 that was not consistently firing. I had another of the same model with a broken lever to advance film.

I spent 30 min and 40 dollars to park (my mistake not taking the L) and arrived 30 min before the closed. My conversation started with the manager scolding me for not making an appointment.

Told them I wanted ONE of cameras fixed, and was hoping they could tell me which would be easier/cheaper to repair.

They said and I could leave the cameras and wait til they had time to look at them.

They said they would call next week. I waited two weeks and called them. When I did they said they'd call me right back after they checked. They called me the next day.

I said I'd still like them to repair the camera in better condition despite it being just shy of the value of the camera itself.

They said 5 days. I waited 14 days til I called on Friday. Again they took until Monday to say they'd have it in a few days.

When I finally could pick it up they tried to charge me an extra 45 dollars because I didn't get both cameras repaired. Their business card says free estimates. I was already paying more than the value of the camera to have them repair one.

I had been excited to get back into film photography. I left upset, bitter, and cheated.

2 stars because my camera does work after they cleaned it for $165

My camera had a jammed shutter - I brought it to this unit and they said they fixed it. After 10 shots it jammed again and I brought it again and they said it needed a CLA. Spent another 200 dollars, received it the following week and after another 4 shots it jammed AGAIN. For repairs, they send your camera out to a third party so it’s not done in-house, and it really shows by how poor the repair services can be here. I didn’t think I’d ever get to the point where I would write a negative review on Google, but after spending hundreds of dollars trying to repair a simple jammed shutter here it only feels warranted.
