The entire staff at Green Mountain Camera is very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. Markeith was extremely helpful when I recently purchased a new camera and then answered questions as I tried to find the exact camera settings for my needs. Staff isn’t very knowledgeable. I’m a professional photographer, went in with some questions about improving a specific component of my photography work. They were not able to answer my questions and kept telling me they were “learning with me” if I’m going to spend large amounts of money on equipment I want certainty, not “we don’t really know.”

I have been going to Green Mountain Camera for years. I am always greeted with a warm welcome and a smile from Aimee, the photo lab manager along with all associates. Aimee is extremely knowledgeable and will answer any and all questions while handling large amounts of orders in-house and on-line on a daily basis. Shawn, the store manager, is so friendly and can help you with any of your photography needs. Excellent customer service every time! Green Mountain Camera has a great team!

I purchased a Samyang lens from GM for my Fuji XT-3 camera but could not understand how to fire the shutter to use. I called and spoke to Bryan who researched the camera and found the the lens needed to be in the "on camera" menu setting for "shoot without lens". This is a very obscure location which I would not have suspected, but needed to be changed when using this third party lens. This is a great camera store. They carry the big names and the big glass. Just purchased the Nikon 600mm f/6.3 Z telephoto. Probably the best handling telephoto for bird photography I've ever used. I've been shopping at Green Mountain Camera for years, always had great service. And one of the benefits of shopping at your LCS (Local Camera Store) - they often have a copy of that hard to find camera, lens, or accessory. Thanks to John, Tessa and the whole crew for always going the extra mile!

Shawn was very helpful today when we went in to enquire about upgrading to new cameras. We hit the jackpot finding 2 cameras we wanted in stock. It's been difficult to find any in stock since covid. We each bought one of 2 different models, the only ones they had in stock. Shawn was great without pushing sales, but we already knew what we wanted too. We are happy with our new cameras and our service.

Green Mountain Camera provides not only the best customer service, but the best selection of products! There are two employees that really stick out to me... Aimee and Brian. They are always so eager to help and make suggestions when needed, while keeping a smile on their faces. But, even more important, they never flinch to go above and beyond to help me understand things without making me feel insignificant! Aimee's skills in printing my images is like no other! Her speed is incredible and quality impeccable! She knows exactly what I want in my images and delivers perfectly!!
