I went to the store excited after reading the reviews here. and I must say, the treatment is excellent. Very friendly staff, they carefully inform you about any questions you have. definitely wish all places had staff like here. I loved how attentively I was treated. Uns wurde Foto Meyer von Freunden als erstklassiger Anlaufpunkt für Optik empfohlen. So haben wir den Weg von Rostock ! angetreten und es nicht bereut .
So entgegenkommend, freundlich, kompetent und ausdauernd wurden wir schon sehr lange nicht wahrgenommen.
Der fach/sachkundige Mitarbeiter hatte auf all unsere Fragen eine Antwort ,ihm wurde es auch nicht leid,die verschiedenen Modelle in der Praxis zu erklären.

Called to ask about a card issue on my camera. Although I only bought the objective from them, they called me in to see if they can help.
Can't say how much I appreciated hearing those words.
They helped me realize the card is not compatible so I bought one from them on the spot. It was also cheaper than Amazon which was great.
In a world of Amazons, it's great having a shop with pro staff we can interface with.

Ich habe im Sommer 2024 mehrere gebrauchte Analogkameras meiner Sammlung an Foto Meyer vor Ort in Berlin verkauft. Im Umgang erlebte ich den zuständigen Mitarbeiter von Foto Meyer als sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, in der fachlichen Expertise als äußerst kompetent und in der Preisgestaltung als absolut fair. Sollte ich wieder einmal etwas kaufen oder verkaufen, ist Foto Meyer der erste Anlaufpunkt!

Eine wahnsinnig gute Beratung! Wir waren auf der Suche nach einer Kamera und haben deshalb bei Foto Meyer vorbeigeschaut. Dort wurden wir sofort sehr freundlich und fachkundig beraten und sind nun um einiges schlauer was Kameras angeht. Es war kein Problem die Kameras in die Hand zu nehmen und auch verschiedene Objektive auszuprobieren, wodurch man wirklich ein Gefühl für die Kameras bekommen konnte. In Zukunft ist das nun unsere Anlaufstelle beim Thema Fotografie und Kameras!
