Carlos and Ivonne deserve 10 stars instead of 5. We had a new computer, laptop and printer that needed to be installed. 10 minutes upon Carlos arriving we lost our AC. The poor man worked for 5 hours in the heat and was absolutely amazing. It was hard enough working in the heat and trying to instruct old people with new technology. That requires a certain gift. He is very knowledgeable and explains things in a way you can understand instead of using technical terms. We are still learning but will always use FMCOS from here on out. Thank you Carlos again for everything. In addition, our dog loved him.
