computer is in great shape, HOWEVER the computer was advertised to having a WORKING windows 10 pro software which it did not. after contacting the company they sent me a code to activate that DID not work. after contacting them again they said they would send me a new one as soon as possible. 3 weeks later and contacting again they asked me to return the system which i cannot do because now i am required to work from home on the system and DO NOT have access to another

Initially was advertised Windows Pro, two years later I'm still win for the code. Never received the return label, after six months I unpacked the computer and ran diagnostics to realize I was sold a downgrade than what I paid for. Upon contacting CS, they insisted I bought the downgraded model. I sent proof of sale and no more replies to my emails. No answers to CS calls. Never again!

I ordered this on a Friday and received it on Tuesday. It was packaged very carefully and protected very well. It came with everything necessary to get it up and going. It runs faster than I expected and everything seems to be in good condition. Windows was not yet installed, so I contacted the seller for the activation key. It took them about 5 minutes to get back to me - which is unheard of these days. It turns out that the activation key was on the top of the computer tower, which I had to scratch off the first set of numbers that were hidden for privacy reasons. They also sent me a link for a set up guide. I'm very impressed!

I had a wonderful experience with them. I got a great deal on 2 monitors and can continue upgrading my gaming. We had a hiccup where I was sent the wrong video cords but they quickly fixed the problem and sending new cords. They are very responsive and very helpful. I’d like to buy from them again!

I had a unique experience. I ordered a used monitor and it came with the wrong power cord. I contacted Discount Computer, and they immediately sent the right one. Then, once I powered the monitor up, I saw that the display was completely broken and cracked. I again contacted them, and they gave me a prompt refund. I understand that sometimes used items just don't work. I ended up buying a new monitor from a local store, but I couldn't be happier with the customer service I received from this company. Thank you for not fighting a refund! I will shop with you in the future!
