DPL lab has given me great printing service over the past few years. The staff is really knowledgeable and friendly.

I appreciate that they offer prints on several fun mediums and have been impressed with the vibrancy and print quality.

They recently started offering prints on stone slates. I immediately ordered one and was stunned with how cool it looks.

Their prices feel right and the turnaround time is usually extremely quick.

If i could give 0 stars i would. My partner had an unexpected death in her family and so we have been getting photos prepared for the services coming up. So when my partner goes in today to ask about the services needing to be done by Monday she was given a crappy service. To be completely honest, every time we’ve tried to use this lab for our photo needs they always have an attitude and terrible customer service. Not only were they rude they gave zero regard for my partners feelings as they told her well if you need it by Monday you need to pay double without even telling her the price to begin with. It’s scary how much empathy this world lacks, never expected for my wife to leave there crying by how heartless all of these employees were to her. Sick. Maybe they’re good for other events, but if you are going to get stuff done for a funeral, maybe don’t come see these people unless you wanna be treated terribly.

Perfect for passport style photos - Amanda was a rockstar. I really can't stress that enough! She was able to provide me with multiple options for sizes and took extra care to ensure that the photos met the visa requirements. Way better than any pharmacy. If you need visa or government photos this is the place!

Wow was this night and day, in a good way compared to the first film lab in Austin I went to. The person who checked me out was extremely kind, helpful, and gave me tips. Everything was developed and scanned way faster than expected as well so that was a huge plus as well. Will definitely be back.

I brought my disposable camera to them for developing and I’m so glad I went here and not a Walmart. It was a wonderful experience. The staff are so lovely and personable. They have excellent service and I was so jazzed that a digital scan was a part of that service. Run, don’t walk to Digital Pro Labs.

This is actually premature since I haven't received my film back yet. I found some 110 film, three rolls, and was curious what was on them. Im not even sure where they came from... I went somewhere else and they wanted $300... $100 for each roll because they said they send them out LOL I laughed cuz I said to where, Alaska on a mule with a private carrier? They were at least kind enough to refer me to Digital Prolab, where I'm getting each roll done for $8.95 each. BIG difference... From the moment when I called and talked to Brittany she was so friendly and so nice and answered all my questions so I knew I wanted to give them a try ... and then when I got there, Santiago helped me with the film order... again very helpful very friendly... recommend them highly... I was told that they would let me know when the film was developed... I dropped it off early afternoon and before they closed I got an email that said your order is ready so I look forward to picking that up tomorrow I ... will definitely bring more work to them not only because of the photos that I saw on the wall.. they did some incredible work... but also because it sure is nice to find some place that still makes service an important part of the transaction!

UPDATE... so I followed up and went to go check on the film today and there was nothing Exposed on any one of the roles ... there were three rolls... so this was kind of sad because I was hoping to find some kind of old memories on there but it is what it is.... Angela was the young lady that waited on me, I believe that's her name, was just as friendly as the others it's like they take a class in customer service and and it's contagious and they are all really wonderful.. couldn't be happier... I'll definitely be bringing more business back and letting everybody I know because almost everybody I know says the same thing when I mentioned this place.. there's a place in town that develops 110 & 35 rolls, and sells them as well! I'm glad to know I finally wasn't the last person to know about something LOL
