Guys… if you’re skeptical and hesitant about these guys… don’t be. When I tell you they were not only informative when I was asking all my questions but also absolutely so quick and sweet about it, they are. I cannot stress enough how much i appreciate them. I did have to wait about two weeks (which is still pretty fast since I live in the U.S.) but they did nothing but reassure me and even go as far as sending me pictures of the exact camera I will receiving that included the serial number, but when they packaged it and sent it out to ship. They also kept me updated by providing a tracking number and answered any further questions I had passed that. There was a bump during the IT outage and they notified me immediately. Not only did they show me pictures of their post office being down, but even providing screenshots from a news article and even went as far as sending me that news article as well to prove that they are genuine and they are serious about getting the job done and they are taking care of me as a client. I appreciate those sweethearts so much for their patience while I was still deciding to go through with buying from them or not while still answering more questions I had. I have no regrets doing business with them and I look forward to buy from them again! I highly recommend them. <3
