Deckhand is my favorite place to rent! They are very professional and the most down to earth place I've ever rented from. Frank is so incredibly easy to work with. He's very knowledgeable and personable and always shows such great care making sure I have everything I need to succeed in my shoot. He's also quite accommodating and understanding, and was really there for me when I was in a bind and needed a last minute addition to my equipment. The equipment is beautifully maintained. This place is a real gem in LA! Thank you for everything!

Frank and Joe are so friendly! I never rented camera equipment before. I was looking for a tripod and the price for what I was looking for was great. I went in for my set pick up time and I came across a different one I liked more in person and Joe was so kind to switch it. Luckily it was same price as the previous one I ordered! Joe was very professional and left me with no questions about the process, very straightforward. And the return of the tripod was just as smooth. I highly recommend this place, I will definitely be returning.

In an age where nobody seems to be concerned with good customer service, Frank at Deckhand, is all about the customer having a great experience. I've worked with every camera rental house in in Los Angeles over the past 30 years and now I only rent from Deckhand, you'll never find anyone else as helpful and friendly and reasonably priced
