My partner and I arrived just after 6pm and wanted to purchase two Google Pixel 9 XL Pro. But first we needed to just get a feel of the phone in our hands. We asked the two assistants and they said they didn't have the keys to take them out and walked off. It wasn't what they said, but the way they said it. They really weren't interested at all. There's was no effort whatsoever to deliver any customer service. On our way out we asked another assistant for help with other phone stores nearby, to which he just shrugged his shoulders and said "dunno". It was like it was a major effort for them to be there. A non-existant level of customer service from three assistants, who gave the impression to us both they couldn't care less.

I just want to say thank you to Ieuan W, for his excellent knowledge and customer service with helping my daughter and I purchase a really good quality camara. Very disappointed with the service here and the quality of the product displays. I came here with my cousin to search for a gift for my uncle, yet the employee I talked to was unsure of what were in any section. When we went around to check our selfs the labels on several products had blatant mistakes and simply added to the confusion. Would not recommend going even if you want to see appliances in person.

Was sold a hoover washer/dryer Saturday evening by Jan, now we didn't realise it has wi fi.
It links to your phone and selects the programme switches on when you are ready.
Even tells you how much milk you have in your fridge.
Now the manufacturers design it to make things easy for the housewife, but I had to remove it from my car, carry it into the dining room and plumb the damn thing in myself.
What about the poor hard working husband ?

Easy purchase of a new TV, we knew the make and model we wanted and the gentleman confirmed they had stock and put it through easy peasy no pestering of add ons and bought it out to the car for us too.
