They stand by their products. I purchased a refurbished iMac desktop that did not run as an iMac usually does. I contacted them and explained the issue. They told me that they could ship it to me. However, because I lived so close, I could drive down, and they replaced it. The replacement ran with no problems. If you are looking for refurbished computer products, I would definitely go with Coretek. They mean it when they say they offer a 100% guarantee and customer satisfaction on their products.

I have had multiple problems with this company sending me chargers that will break within a months use. This is the third charger I will be receiving from this company because the chargers do not last. I have also had issues with the customer service. Every time I call down there I cannot get anyone to pick up the phone and even with emailing, I cannot get responses back from the employees. Once I sent an email complaining, I got a response back within an hour from an employee apologizing and trying to "resolve the issue". It amazes me that I can get a response within an hour once I sent a complaint but have to wait over a week to get a response on whether I will be receiving a new charger or not. I really had hope with this company because a good friend of mine recommended them to me but I will not be doing business with them again.

CARING AND HELPFUL I sent an email to their customer service and within a day received a call from a rep. They patiently went through my questions and addressed all my issues which were minor. Decent experience. Great working computer. Only issue was that I had to notify the company that the purchase date on my invoice was incorrect. By nearly two weeks. They sent me another copy with an updated date. Be sure to check the dates in your invoices to make sure you get all of your one year warranty.

Love this place. Great atmosphere, great people and great prices. Found exactly what I was looking for almost right away. No one tried to "sell me up" like they do at best buy. Told the guy what I wanted he showed me what he had available. They have windows 7 which I was looking for instead of just windows 8. Found The Think Pad T-series I wanted and it works great. I am very happy to find what I couldn't find in a regular computer store. Thank you so much! I HIGHLY recommend this store!
