Piss poor customer service. We have been working on an issue since August 19th and today is September 5th and still no help. They tell us that they will have someone call us back and no one ever calls. My wife is the owner and Pharmacist and I am just trying to help her get service. DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE TERRIBLE!

This is absolutely the worst company ever! Their customer service is horrible. They did an update that shut down everyone’s system and then took 5 hours to call back to restore WinRX so we could fill our patients prescriptions. Ever since they were bought out by Outcomes they are the worst!!

It's sad that the customer service has taken such a nose dive in the last 5 years. The last 3 times I've had a major issue, I've had to call an IT guy to come fix it, because CRX is useless. You have to call and pray that you get a White person on the phone, because the 3rd world call center Indians are absolutely worthless.

I am a long time user of Computer Rx. Their service USED to be outstanding. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. Their customer service is non existent. They have went through two different changes in ownership and now have outsourced all of their tech support. It's abysmal. I miss the old days of the company that Roger started. Sad to see such a great American company fall the the grips of corporatism.

Customer support is terrible!!! I am currently on hold with a software issue that needs immediate attention in the healthcare industry, and my on hold timer on my business phone is 59min12sec and counting. Do not buy their software, another store of mine has Liberty Software and their support is Superior.

Customer service has been terrible. Been on hold for over 2 hours to get help with running a report. Finally able to speak to someone to only have that person not have a clue how to run the report after 45 minutes on the phone with him and then he hung up on me without even finishing help me.

Sadly, this software company has failed the ADHD community. The DEA made a wonderful rule change, to allow prescriptions for schedule 2 drugs (most adhd meds) to be transferred one time between pharmacies. This would have been an extraordinary help to parents, individuals and doctors who have had to chase down adhd meds during a nationwide shortage. However, our pharmacies that use your software are prevented from helping us because your software is insufficient to transfer an electronic script. Please get this updated soon! The discrimination against children and people w adhd is hard enough, but so much harder when we cant get our prescriptions.

Worst mistake of my pharmacy career was switching to this company. Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. If you're thinking of switching to them, DO NOT. Go with anyone else.
