Carlos is far and away one of the best technicians I’ve ever worked with. Incredibly knowledgable, dedicated, and personable, he was able to retrieve all my data from my broken laptop despite its faulty hard drive. He worked surprisingly quickly but was thorough and communicative through the whole process. Carlos was an absolute joy to work with and I can not recommend him enough for any kind of computer issue.

I had gone to Best Buy with my computer issue, not only was I treated like trash they also wanted me to pay over 400 dollars for my computer and wait a week for them to fix it.
I found Carlos and his shop on the internet and saw how his reviews were awesome. I called him up explained my situation, and he gave me a ballpark price that was less than half of what Best Buy was looking to charge me plus he was able to get it done in one day!
Carlos’ service was nothing but stellar and professional, he’s reasonably priced and incredibly nice to his customers, even those not so tech savvy like me! He will now be my go to for any computer problems and I totally recommend him to anyone else looking to have their computers fixed!
