Competitive cameras has been so good to me for 4+ plus years! I will never go back to a store like Best Buy or a large chain. These folks take care of everything and are super knowledgeable. When it comes to repairs they are super quick and very reasonably priced. I purchased a flash from them 2 years ago and had an issue with it and they got it fixed in one day. They are all very helpful but Eugene has been there everytime I come.

Competitive cameras staff was absolutely wonderful. They accommodated me for a show I had in Dallas while on tour and took very good care of me. I will definitely be using them in the future for any camera needs and they support veterans as well which to me is huge because I am a marine veteran.

Amazing shop. Great selection not just in camera bodies and lenses but accessories as well and they will point you in the right direction if you have an idea of what you want but aren't exactly sure what to get; for example, one day I came in knowing I wanted a ball head for a monopod and had it down to two for the same price. Asked which one I should get for my use case and without hesitation they told me which to choose and it ended up doing the job wonderfully at my shoot. They have all the newest gear you'll want and keep a good stock of used gear.

Competitive Camera doesn't do film at all. If you need rolls of film, film developed or film camera gear then I recommend Garland Camera, they are also an excellent shop.

They are a must if you are a photographer in Dallas. I’m a photographer that is not technically trained, I just picked up a camera and was good at it. They are extremely knowledgeable. I go in & tell them my inspo or needs and they recommend everything to purchase and haven’t failed me yet. The owners are friendly and will remember you with time. And they have a decent resale selection if you’re looking to stay on a budget. Plus they keep all purchases on file for your LLC. Highly recommended this spot for any photographer.
